About Me: I am currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow at The Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. My work is under the advisement of Howie Choset in the CMU Biorobotics Lab. My research is on the development of novel probabilistic state estimation and filtering algorithms for the navigation of mobile robots and surgical robots. My work involves the development of stochastic approaches for robot localization and SLAM.
Research Interests: My interests are in medical robotics, mobile robot navigation, nonlinear filtering, control, computer vision, and machine learning. I am also interested in robotic perception, 3D reconstruction, and sensor fusion.
